Android OS is tucked inside as the software that will keep things manageable all the time. 3D Gorilla Glass 5 is installed on front to protect the screen of U by HTC from scratches and breaking. This phone is offered in two different variants where first variant is equipped with 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage while second variant if HTC U has packed 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
